Gold and Silver Penny Stocks

Many of the junior miners are starting to lift off their bases and break down trends.

	Strathmore Minerals (CA:STM) is another stock that has been in a serious downtrend for the past six months. Last issue I detailed that any price under $1.60 remains a buying area. This stock is a serious buy at current prices.
	Cabo Mining (CA:CBE) is attacking its major downtrend line. There is minor short term resistance at 54c and any price under this is resistance is still a buying area as detailed in the last issue.
	Capstone Gold (CA:CSG) continues to trade inside a flat base pattern for the past six months. There is resistance at 85c and any price under 80c is a buying area.
	Hornby Resources (CA:HBE) was detailed as a buy at the 62c mark. It shot out of its trading range has pulled back to test the breakout for a second buying area.
	Wolfden Resources (CA:WLF) is yet another low priced stock that that has been locked inside a downtrend for the past six months. It is on the point of breaking upside and remains a buy under $2.55.
	Almaden Minerals (CA:AMM) has a reverse head and shoulders pattern with the resistance neckline at $1.95. The recent break above the minor resistance at $1.75 gave a short term buy signal.
	Nuinsco Mining (CA:NWI) was detailed two weeks ago as a buy on any retracement back to test the 20c breakout level. This occurred and the price bounced off this support level. It has since consolidated and remains in a buying area at around 22c.
	Amerigo Resources (CA:ARG) recently shot above its six months down trend line. This catapult is a little too far and the price is overbought at current levels. It would be a buy on any pullback to test the $2 level.

Many of the stocks have completed their base patterns and indicted that they are reversing into a MAJOR new BULL trend. You should be full in your penny stock portfolio.
