Summary
All ETFs remain on sell signals, as traders continue to sit in cash.

However, prices have broken resistance on SLV, GDX, and XGD.TO; and therefore, we are very close to fresh buy signals in the sector which can occur this week.

Investors continue to hold core positions from our August buy signals, and can add to positions upon new signals and set ups.
